Who I am

What data I collect

This site has no contact forms, no analytics, no tracking cookies, and it sets no cookies of its own. There is nothing here that follows you.

The only personal data I receive is what you choose to send me by email when you book an audit:

• your name and email address;
• the URL of your store;
• and — only if you decide to provide them — temporary admin credentials for the server-side checks.

Why I use it, and on what legal basis

I use this data solely to deliver the audit you asked for and to reply to your messages. The legal basis is performance of a contract with you, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Admin credentials

If you give me temporary access to your site or server, I use it only for the diagnosis and never share it with anyone. I recommend you revoke or delete the temporary account as soon as the report has been delivered.

How long I keep it

Emails and delivered reports are kept for as long as the engagement requires and for as long as legal and accounting obligations require. Credentials are not stored after delivery.

Sharing

I do not sell your data and I do not share it with third parties, with the exception of the processors I need in order to operate: my email provider, and the hosting for this site (Cloudflare Pages, which may process technical logs such as IP addresses in order to serve and secure the page).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. Write to sara@sarahub.com and I'll handle it.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz) or with the data protection authority of your own EU country.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if the way I work changes. When that happens, the "last updated" date above changes accordingly.
